Terms of contract
These terms and conditions govern your use of the Rosie’s Studio online store. By placing an online order, you agree to and are bound by these terms.
Changes to Terms & Conditions
Rosie’s Studio reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to change and update this policy at any time. We encourage our customers to check this page for any changes or updates. You as a customer acknowledge and agree that it is your responsibility to review these policies periodically and stay informed with any updates and changes to our policies.
Pricing
The default currency on our website is USD. To view product and shipping costs in other currencies, please use the Currency Converter found at the top of our Home Page and Shop pages. Available currencies are: USD, AUD, NZD, EUR, GBP, CAD, SGD, ZAR.
Due to exchange rate fluctuations pricing may change at any time at our sole discretion without prior notice.
Import documents, duties and taxes
All customers are responsible for any applicable duties or taxes that are charged by Customs in their country (eg. VAT, GST). These are not included in your purchase price. Please be sure to check with your local customs office for more information. Rosie’s Studio will not be responsible for the payment of any taxes or duties incurred by a customer’s purchase.
Payment
We accept payment via debit or credit card through Stripe Payment Gateway or PayPal. Rosie’s Studio will not store or transfer any of your credit card information. All data is transferred using Stripe and PayPal servers. Payment shall be made at the time the order is placed. Orders will not be sent until cleared payment is received.
Order Processing & Delivery Times
Most orders are packed within 1-2 Business Days. However, while we endeavour to process your order as quickly as possible, please allow up to 5 business days for processing of your order. Under normal circumstances your order will be delivered with 7-30 days depending on your chosen shipping method. Rosie’s Studio cannot be responsible for delays caused by customs clearance, local duties and taxes, or for delays caused by the courier companies. If your parcel is not delivered to you within the time frame, please make contact with us via our Contact page.

Return Policy
We do our best to ensure that all of our products arrive safely to our door. If you have not received your order after 30 days, please make contact with us via our Contact page.
In the rare event that you receive a mis-picked, faulty or damaged item, please make contact with us via our Contact page within 7 DAYS of receiving your order. We will endeavour to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. You may be asked to supply photos of mis-picked/faulty/ damaged goods.
Please note, we cannot offer refunds or accept returns where you have “changed your mind”.
Digital Gift Cards
IMPORTANT: Digital Gift Card values are set in USD. If you purchase a gift card in a different currency using our currency converter, the value shown on the recipient’s email will be the same as your selected currency and is subject to fluctuations in foreign exchange rates. The value will be equivalent to the USD value shown on the website.
– Digital Gift Cards are redeemable online at rosiestudio.com only.
– Digital Gift Card codes and store credit are not valid for purchases made at any physical Rosie’s Studio store.
– Digital Gift Cards can only be redeemed for online store credit. Digital Gift Card codes cannot be used as a Coupon Code.
– Digital Gift Cards and Store Credit are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
– Please do not share your Digital Gift Card code before redeeming it. Once an Digital Gift Card code has been redeemed it cannot be reused.
– Rosie’s Studio is not responsible for any lost or misused Digital Gift Card code and will not be able to replace it with a new code.
– After redeeming your Digital Gift Card code for online store credit, you can choose to pay for a part of the whole of your purchase using store credit when you are at Checkout. The balance of your purchase can be paid via Credit Card or Paypal.
– Digital Gift Cards do not expire
– Once an Digital Gift Card has been redeemed for store credit, unspent store credit will remain on your account and will not expire.
– Rosie’s Studio reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions of the Digital Gift Card at any time and to take appropriate actions, including the cancellation of an E-Gift Card if, at its discretion, it deems such action necessary.
How To Redeem A Digital Gift Card:
– Create an online account or login to your existing account.
– Access your Dashboard by clicking Login in the top menu.
– Select Store Credits from the Dashboard menu.
– Enter the Code from the E-Gift Card email you received and click Redeem.
– At Checkout you can choose to apply any available store credit across multiple purchases.
– Store Credit does not expire and can be checked from your Customer Dashboard.
Current Promotional Terms & Conditions
Guest Designer & Brand Ambassador Coupon Codes:
– Offer available for online purchases only.
– All coupons are available for a limited time only and may have expired before you view the promotional post or video created by our guest designer.
– The coupon code cannot be used in conjunction with other coupon codes.
– You must enter the Coupon Code during the checkout process when placing your order online otherwise the discount will not be applied to your order.
– Only one coupon code can be used per order.
– Offer is not applicable to shipping costs, sale items, and wholesale purchases.
– The Coupon Code cannot be exchanged for cash or other benefit.
– No rainchecks. Offer available only while stocks last.
– Rosie’s Studio may cancel the promotion at any time without notice.
– Use of the Coupon Code deems acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
New Customer 10% off Coupon Code:
– Limit 1 use per customer
– Offer available for online purchases only.
– The coupon code cannot be used in conjunction with other coupon codes.
– You must enter the Coupon Code during the checkout process when placing your order online otherwise the discount will not be applied to your order.
– Only one coupon code can be used per order.
– Offer is not applicable to shipping costs, sale items, and wholesale purchases.
– The Coupon Code cannot be exchanged for cash or other benefit.

Creative Club Store Credit and Coupon Codes:
– Are valid for 6 months from date of issue (the date we emailed you with details of your account, credit, and coupon code)
– Can be used for online purchases only.
– Cannot be transferred to other users of our website and cannot be redeemed for cash or other benefits.
– Are for the purchase of personal use goods only and must not be used for wholesale purchases or goods to be on-sold.
– No rainchecks.
– Rosie’s Studio may cancel your store credit or coupon code at anytime if you do not adhere to the responsibilities listed in your Creative Club contract.
– Use of the Store Credit and/ or Coupon Code deems acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
– Store Credit: Existing credit can be used across more than 1 purchase and can be used in conjunction with other offers. Can be applied to the value of goods and shipping costs.
– Coupon Codes: Coupon Codes can be used across more than 1 purchase. Can ONLY be applied to the value of goods only and cannot be applied to shipping costs. Can be used for Clearance items. Cannot be used in conjunction with other coupons. Cannot be used during certain promotional periods (SALES). You must enter the Coupon Code during the checkout process when placing your order online otherwise the discount will not be applied to your order.
Force Majeure
Rosie’s Studio will not be liable for any failure to supply or delay in supply caused by a Force Majeure beyond our reasonable control. “Force Majeure” means any of the following events or occurrences and the effects thereof: fire, storm, flood, earthquake, landslide, explosion, accident, act of a public enemy, war, rebellion, insurrection, riot, civil commotion, sabotage, epidemic, quarantine restrictions, labour disputes, transportation embargoes, national or international oil or fuel shortage, acts of God, acts of government or any agency or judicial action.

All images and products on this website are protected under copyright. Purchasing our products gives you the right to sell said physical products. You are not permitted to reproduce or otherwise copy our designs with the intent to sell, manufacture, or reproduce our products. This includes digital renditions of our products (ie: using our products as direct inspiration for “printables”, even for free, that are given in conjunction with our products). All layouts, projects and images displayed on this website are the property of Rosie’s Studio. Please do not copy images for any use other than for your own personal inspiration.
