Print this JPG on A4 paper or cardstock. Carefully cut out the base paper (1) and stick to the front of the card.

Using the picture (above) as a guide, cut out all the other elements and glue them down in order (1 then 2, 3, 4, 5 & 6).

Experiment using foam tape or double-sided tape to add dimension. You can glue the printouts to heavier card before trimming if you want.

Finish off with a scatter of sequins or gemstones for a fun effect.
