MINI & MERRY - A CHRISTMAS ALBUM WITH SHAKERS

Hi all! Ashley here from @AshleyBrightCrafts and today I’m sharing a bit more detail on a recent mini album I made using the Oh Joyful Day collection.
Starting with the cover, I wrapped some medium weight chipboard using the 6 x 6 pattern papers from the collection. The covers are approximately 4.25” x 4.25” with a 2.5” spine and a ribbon closure. I then embellish the cover using one of the frames from the chipboard frames back and some sequins.
Inside the album, I add a few hidden hinges and start making some interactive page inserts using both the cardstock and pattern paper from the collection. My go to interactive elements are pockets and pages that lift up.
As I embellish the pages, I use a mix and match of different packs from the collection to add some dimension and details throughout the pages. This includes elements from the Cardstock Sticker Pack, Diecut Cardstock Ephemera, Puffy Stickers, and the Clear Sticker Pack. I also add in a page full of DIY stamp embellishments and another shaker frame.
